Delivery rules

One delivery zone

Every town we deliver to is in one zone, with the same fee, minimum and delivery windows on both of our storefronts.

Enter your address at checkout to confirm we deliver to you.

Delivery fee

Delivery is $4 per order.

Delivery is free when your order comes to $100 or more after discounts, before tax.

Minimum order

The minimum order is $50 of products, counted before tax and the delivery fee.

Delivery windows

You pick a delivery window at checkout. Each window stops taking orders 1 hour before it starts.

If a window is full or closed, choose the next one that works for you.

ASAP delivery

Where ASAP delivery is turned on for your town, you can choose it at checkout and we aim to deliver within about 90 minutes.

ASAP is offered only during store hours and only when it shows at checkout.

Paying at the door

You pay the driver at the door by cash or debit card. Nothing is charged online and orders are not prepaid.

Cash or debit, the amount due at the door is rounded up to the next whole dollar.

Paying by debit: your driver will ask to charge the amount due rounded up to the next $5, and the card reader adds a $3.50 fee on top. The rounded-up amount is not given back as change. Checkout shows the amount to expect on your card before you place the order.

21+ with ID

The person who placed the order must be at the door, 21 or older, with a valid government-issued photo ID that matches the name on the order.

The driver checks the ID before handing anything over. Without it, the order goes back with the driver.

Be home for your window

Your driver waits at least 5 minutes. If no one is there, we add a $10 missed-delivery fee to your next order.

The driver calls or texts you while they wait. The fee isn't taxed, and it doesn't apply when a delivery can't be completed for another reason.

No hotel deliveries

We deliver to your residence. We don't deliver to hotels or motels.

If your address needs a closer look, a member of our team checks it before we confirm your order.

All sales are final

All sales are final. There are no refunds.

Cancel free until your driver is on the way. After that, cancelling costs $4. The fee is added to your next order. A delivered order can't be cancelled.
