Most Seaport residents live in large towers with a concierge, key-fob elevators and a package room. None of those can take the order for you: it has to be handed to the purchaser after an ID check, so plan to meet the driver in the lobby.
The Seaport has many hotels, and state rules exclude hotels from delivery, so guests can't order to their room. Office buildings and the federal courthouse are not residences either. Curbside stopping is limited on Seaport Boulevard and around the convention center, and large conventions or waterfront events can snarl traffic; choose a window outside the evening rush if you can.
