Cannabis delivery FAQ
Ordering, signing in, ID, paying at the door, cancelling, lab results and the rules that apply to weed delivery in Massachusetts.
Who can order cannabis delivery?
Adults 21 and older with a valid government-issued photo ID. The person who places the order must be present at the delivery address and show that ID to the driver.
I've ordered before. How do I sign in?
Shopped with us before? Everyone starts fresh on our new store, so sign up with the same email you've used with us. You'll add your address and upload your ID once. We send a one-time code; there's no password. If anything looks wrong, call or text us and we'll sort it out.
What ID do I need at the door?
A valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID such as a driver's license, state ID card, passport or military ID. The name must match the name on the order. Expired IDs and photos of IDs can't be accepted.
Why is my order waiting on an ID check?
New customers upload photos of their ID once. An automated check runs first. If the photo is unclear, a person on our team looks at it during support hours. We hold your order until the check is done, and we'll contact you if we need anything.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to residential addresses in Boston, Cambridge, Somerville, Brookline, Newton and MetroWest, including 27 cities and towns and Boston neighborhoods from Allston and Brighton to the Seaport and Hyde Park. Check your ZIP on the home page or the delivery area page.
Can you deliver to my dorm, hotel or office?
No. Massachusetts rules (935 CMR 500.145) allow adult-use delivery only to the customer's own residence. That excludes college or university dormitories and other campus housing, hotels, motels, bed and breakfasts, shelters, residential programs and federal public housing, as well as businesses and public places.
When do you deliver?
We deliver 12pm to 11pm Monday to Saturday, and 12pm to 10pm on Sunday. Holiday hours and closures show at checkout, where you pick a delivery window.
How fast is delivery?
You choose a delivery window at checkout. Each window stops taking orders 1 hour before it starts. Where ASAP delivery is turned on for your town, it shows at checkout and we aim to deliver within about 90 minutes.
Is there a minimum order or delivery fee?
Delivery is $4, free when your order comes to $100 or more after discounts, before tax. The minimum order is $50 of products, counted before tax and the delivery fee. The fee shows in your bag before you place the order.
How do I pay?
You pay the driver at the door by cash or debit card. Nothing is charged online. Cash or debit, the amount due at the door is rounded up to the next whole dollar. Paying by debit: your driver will ask to charge the amount due rounded up to the next $5, and the card reader adds a $3.50 fee on top. The rounded-up amount is not given back as change. Checkout shows the amount to expect on your card before you place the order. Your total, including state and local cannabis taxes, is shown before you place the order.
How do I cancel or change my order?
You can change the delivery time or items within 5 minutes of ordering, before it's packed, and add delivery notes until it's on the way. Cancel free until your driver is on the way. After that, cancelling costs $4. The fee is added to your next order. A delivered order can't be cancelled. Do both from your order page: the link is in your order texts and emails. After that, call or text us and we'll help.
What happens if I'm not home when the driver arrives?
Your driver waits at least 5 minutes. If no one is there, we add a $10 missed-delivery fee to your next order. The driver calls or texts you while they wait. The fee shows as its own line on your next order and isn't taxed. It doesn't apply when a delivery can't be completed for another reason, such as an ID or purchase-limit problem.
Can someone else accept my order?
No. The adult who placed the order must accept it in person and show ID matching the order. If that person isn't available, the order goes back with the driver.
Can I return a product or get a refund?
All sales are final. There are no refunds. At the door you accept the whole order or refuse the whole order. We can't take back part of an order. Check your order with the driver before you accept it. Orders that are refused at the door or can't be delivered go back to our licensed premises, as state rules require.
What are the lab results on your product pages?
Massachusetts tracks every licensed cannabis package in METRC, the state's seed-to-sale system, including required lab testing. We show that record for the batch we have in stock: potency, testing lab, test date, contaminant screens and chain of custody. If a listing is showing sample data while our systems sync, it's labeled as sample data.
Is there a limit on how much I can buy?
Yes. Since April 19, 2026, a retailer may sell an adult 21+ up to 2 ounces of marijuana per day, or the combined equivalent in other products: 2 ounces of flower counts the same as 10 grams of active THC in concentrates or 1,000 mg of active THC in edibles. Topicals don't count toward the limit. A single delivery order is capped at the same amount, and each person can receive one delivery per day. Orders over the limit can't be completed.
I've never tried edibles. What should I know?
Start low, go slow. Begin with a low dose and wait: the impairment effects of edibles may be delayed by two hours or more, and they can last several hours. Taking more before the first dose takes effect is a common mistake. Don't drive or operate machinery after consuming cannabis.
Is my information kept private?
We collect only what's needed to verify your age, fulfill your order and meet state record-keeping rules, and we never sell your personal information. See our privacy policy for details.
Where can I consume cannabis in Massachusetts?
On private property, with the owner's permission. Consuming cannabis in public places or in a vehicle is not allowed in Massachusetts, and driving under the influence is illegal.
