How weed delivery works

Ordering takes a few minutes. Here's exactly what happens between checkout and the knock on your door, and what you'll need when the driver arrives.

  1. i.

    Check your address

We deliver to residential addresses in Boston, Cambridge, Somerville, Brookline, Newton and MetroWest. Enter your ZIP on the home page or browse the delivery area list to confirm we cover you.

  2. ii.

    Browse with lab results

Every product page shows state-tracked data for the batch we have on hand: potency, test date, testing lab, contaminant screens and chain of custody. Read our lab results guide if you're new to reading a COA.

  3. iii.

    Check out and verify

Sign in with a one-time code by email (shopped with us before? Everyone starts fresh on our new store: sign up with the same email you’ve used with us, and you’ll add your address and upload your ID once), confirm your delivery address, pick a delivery window and choose cash or debit. The minimum order is $50 of products, counted before tax and the delivery fee, and each window stops taking orders 1 hour before it starts. New customers upload a photo of their ID once. You can change the time or items within 5 minutes of ordering.

  4. iv.

    We pack and dispatch

Your order is packed in sealed, child-resistant, opaque packaging as state rules require, logged in the state tracking system and assigned to a licensed driver.

  5. v.

    Show ID at the door

The person who placed the order must be there, 21 or older, with a valid government-issued photo ID that matches the name on the order. The driver checks the ID before handing anything over. If no one eligible is present, the order returns with the driver. Your driver waits at least 5 minutes; if no one is there, a $10 missed-delivery fee is added to your next order.

  6. vi.

    Pay at the door

Pay the driver by cash or debit card. Nothing is charged online. Cash or debit, the amount due is rounded up to the next whole dollar. Paying by debit: your driver will ask to charge the amount due rounded up to the next $5, and the card reader adds a $3.50 fee on top. The rounded-up amount is not given back as change. Checkout shows the amount to expect on your card before you place the order. All sales are final. There are no refunds.

Good to know

  • Cancelling. Cancel free until your driver is on the way. After that, cancelling costs $4. The fee is added to your next order. A delivered order can’t be cancelled. Cancel from your order page; the link is in your order texts and emails.
  • Residential addresses only. State rules (935 CMR 500.145) allow delivery only to the customer's own residence. We can't deliver to college or university dormitories or campus housing, hotels, motels, bed and breakfasts, shelters, federal public housing, businesses, or public spaces like parks.
  • Purchase limits apply. Massachusetts caps adult-use purchases at 2 ounces of marijuana per person per day, or the combined equivalent: 2 ounces of flower counts the same as 10 grams of active THC in concentrates or 1,000 mg of active THC in edibles. One delivery per person per day; orders over the limit can't be completed.
  • Keep it private. Cannabis can't be consumed in public or in a vehicle in Massachusetts. Store it locked and out of reach of children and pets.
  • Edibles take time. Start low, go slow. The impairment effects of edibles may be delayed by two hours or more and can last several hours, so wait before taking more.
