Ordering, delivery windows, ID, paying at the door, changing or cancelling an order, and what to do if something's wrong.

Ordering

  • How to orderBuild your bag at cannabisdeliveryma.com, sign in with a one-time code, enter your address, pick a delivery window and upload your ID once. You pay your driver at the door; delivery is $4, or nothing when your order comes to $100 or more after discounts and points, before tax.
  • Purchase limits and one delivery a dayYes. Each adult can buy up to 2 ounces of flower per day, or the combined equivalent in other products (10 grams of THC in concentrates or 1,000 mg of THC in edibles). Checkout adds it up for you, and we can make one delivery per person per day.

Delivery

  • Delivery hours and delivery windowsWe deliver 12pm to 11pm Monday to Saturday, and 12pm to 10pm on Sunday. You pick a delivery window at checkout, today or up to 2 days ahead, and each window stops taking orders 1 hour before it starts.
  • Where we deliverWe deliver to private residences in Greater Boston and MetroWest. Enter your address at checkout and we'll tell you right away if we deliver to your ZIP code. We can't deliver to hotels, dorms, businesses or public places.
  • When your driver arrives: the wait and missed deliveriesYour driver waits at least 5 minutes and calls or texts you while they wait. If no one is there, a $10 missed-delivery fee is added to your next order as its own untaxed line. The person who placed the order must be there with their physical ID.

Paying

  • Paying at the door: delivery fee, cash, debit and tipsYou pay your driver at the door with cash or a debit card. Nothing is charged online and orders aren't prepaid; we never ask for your card number online, so card numbers never reach our systems. The amount due at the door is rounded up to the next whole dollar for easy change, and checkout shows it. Paying by debit: your driver will ask to charge the amount due rounded up to the next $5, and the card reader adds a $3.50 fee on top. The rounded-up amount is not given back as change. Checkout shows the amount to expect on your card before you place the order.

Your order

  • Changing or cancelling an orderCancel free until your driver is on the way. After that, cancelling costs $4. The fee is added to your next order. You can change the delivery window or items within 5 minutes of ordering, before it's packed, and update delivery notes until your driver is on the way, all from your order page.
  • If something's wrong with your orderCheck your order at the door before you accept it and pay. All sales are final and there are no refunds; at the door you accept the whole order or refuse the whole order. If something isn't right, tell your driver before you accept, or call us at 857-242-0721.

ID and account

  • How ID verification worksYou need a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID showing you're 21 or older, such as a driver's license, state ID, passport or military ID. Upload a photo once before your first delivery; most IDs are checked automatically, and your driver checks your physical ID at every delivery.
  • Your account, signing in and your privacyThere's no password: we send a one-time 6-digit code by email. We never sell your personal information, your ID photo is used only to confirm your age and identity, and you can ask for a copy of your information or for it to be deleted.
