Cannabis Delivery in Quincy and the South Shore: Milton, North Weymouth and Brockton

Cannabis delivery on the South Shore: Quincy, Milton, North Weymouth and Brockton. Town status, ZIP codes, address tips and delivery windows. 21+.

South of Boston, the cannabis map changes town by town. Quincy and Brockton have zoning for adult-use businesses, while Milton and Weymouth ban local cannabis stores but still allow delivery. This area guide covers cannabis delivery on the South Shore towns we serve: which addresses qualify, the ZIP codes, the local quirks that slow a handoff down, and how timing and taxes work. It's for adults 21 and over.

Key takeaways

  • We deliver to Quincy, Milton, North Weymouth and Brockton, and the CCC tracker lists delivery as permitted in all of them.
  • A store ban isn't a delivery ban. Milton and Weymouth ban adult-use establishments but permit delivery.
  • Braintree isn't in our area right now.
  • North Weymouth only: we serve 02191. Other Weymouth ZIPs aren't in our area yet.
  • PO-box ZIPs don't work. Use your street address (for example 02186 in Milton, not 02187).
  • Delivery goes only to a residence, and only the person who ordered can receive it.

Town-by-town status

The Cannabis Control Commission's (CCC) Municipal Zoning Tracker is the official record of what each city and town allows. Here's how it lists the South Shore municipalities we serve, as of September 27, 2026:

Town Adult-use establishments Delivery ZIP codes we serve
Quincy Zoning in place Permitted 02169, 02170, 02171
Milton Ban in place Permitted 02186
North Weymouth (Weymouth) Ban in place Permitted 02191
Brockton Zoning in place Permitted 02301, 02302

Local rules can change, and the tracker is where changes show up first. Each town page links back to it.

Quincy

Quincy runs from Wollaston and North Quincy along the Red Line to Marina Bay, Squantum and Houghs Neck on the water, with plenty of large apartment buildings in between.

What helps here:

  • Big buildings near the T and the waterfront. Many have secure lobbies. Add the building name, tower or entrance, your unit and any callbox code, and plan to meet the driver yourself. A front desk can't accept your order.
  • Repeated street names. Some Quincy street names exist in more than one neighborhood, so double-check the ZIP at checkout, especially on the Squantum and Houghs Neck peninsulas.
  • Nearby Boston neighborhoods. If you're close to the city line, the Dorchester and Mattapan pages cover the other side.

Milton

Milton also bans local cannabis establishments while permitting delivery. We serve East Milton, Milton Village, Milton Center, Milton Hill and Brush Hill.

  • Wooded lots near the Blue Hills can make house numbers hard to see after dark. A short note about the driveway, house color or a landmark helps.
  • Curry College housing isn't eligible. State rules prohibit delivery to college- or university-designated dormitories or housing. Students 21+ living off campus can order to that residence.

North Weymouth

We deliver to North Weymouth (02191), including the Bicknell Square area and the streets near Wessagusset and George Lane beaches. Weymouth bans adult-use storefronts but lists delivery as permitted.

  • Only 02191 for now. Weymouth Landing, East Weymouth and South Weymouth (02188, 02189 and 02190) can't be selected at checkout.
  • Beach streets are narrow. On busy summer evenings, a note about where the driver can stop makes the handoff quicker.
  • Apartment complexes along Route 3A: include the unit number and which entrance to use.

Brockton

Brockton is the southern edge of our area. We cover downtown, Campello, Montello and the rest of the 02301 and 02302 street ZIPs. Brockton's 02303, 02304 and 02305 are PO-box ZIPs, so use your street address.

  • Multi-family homes and triple-deckers are common. Say which floor you're on and whether your door is front, side or rear.
  • Locked apartment entries: list the callbox name.
  • Near D.W. Field Park? Use your full street address rather than the park as a landmark.

Rules that apply in every town

The state rules are the same everywhere, from Wollaston to Campello:

  • Residences only. Delivery goes only to the residence address on the order: a house, condo or apartment. Not workplaces, hotels, campus housing or federal public housing.
  • Only you can receive it. The order is delivered only to the consumer who placed it, after the driver checks your pre-verified government photo ID. A roommate, partner or front desk can't sign for you. Our ID requirements guide covers pre-verification.
  • One delivery a day. A delivery licensee can't deliver to the same consumer at the same residence more than once per calendar day.
  • Two ounces per order, or the equivalent in other products. See the purchase limits guide.
  • Legal delivery hours are 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. A town can set narrower hours but not wider ones.

Timing, fees and taxes

Our delivery windows are 12–2pm, 2–4pm, 4–6pm, 6–8pm, 8–10pm and 10–11pm Monday to Saturday; 12–2pm through 8–10pm on Sunday, and same-day orders need to be in by 9pm (7pm on Sundays). Our typical time from order to door is 30 minutes to 2 hours, and checkout shows which windows are still open for your address. The same-day and late-night delivery guide explains how windows and cutoffs work.

The minimum order is $50 and the delivery fee is $4. Every order carries the 10.75% state excise and 6.25% sales tax, plus a local option tax of 3%. The local rate generally follows where the selling licensee is based, not where you live. The taxes guide walks through a receipt.

A South Shore first-order checklist

  • My address is in one of the ZIP codes above, and it's a street address, not a PO box
  • I'm 21+ with a valid, unexpired photo ID, pre-verified in my account
  • I'm ordering to my home, not a workplace, hotel or campus housing
  • My building, tower, unit, entrance or driveway is described in the delivery notes
  • I've picked a window I'll be home for, with my phone on
  • My whole order is in one cart, since there's one delivery a day

Before you order

Check the lab data first. Every product page on our menu shows the state-tracked lab record for its package when available: potency, contaminant screens and the test date. The lab results page explains each field. Then browse flower, vapes or edibles. If you're new to edibles, start low, go slow: the impairment effects of edibles may be delayed by two hours or more.

Looking for somewhere else? The delivery areas page lists every town and Boston neighborhood we serve, including Dedham and Norwood to the west. Shop the menu. Adults 21+ only.

Town status reflects the CCC Municipal Zoning Tracker as of September 27, 2026, and can change. For adults 21+ only.

Frequently asked questions

Which South Shore towns do you deliver to?

Quincy, Milton, North Weymouth (02191 only) and Brockton. The Cannabis Control Commission's Municipal Zoning Tracker lists delivery as permitted in each of those municipalities.

Milton and Weymouth don't have dispensaries. Can I still get delivery?

Yes. The CCC tracker lists a ban on adult-use establishments in Milton and Weymouth, but it shows delivery as permitted in both. A local store ban isn't the same as a delivery ban.

Do you deliver to Braintree?

Not right now. Braintree (02184 and 02185) isn't in our delivery area. The address check at checkout shows the ZIP codes we serve.

Do you deliver to all of Weymouth?

No. We deliver to North Weymouth, ZIP code 02191. Weymouth Landing, East Weymouth and South Weymouth (02188, 02189 and 02190) are outside our area for now.

Can Curry College students order delivery in Milton?

Not to campus housing. State rules prohibit delivery to college- or university-designated dormitories or housing. Students 21 and older who live off campus can order to that residence.
