Delivery hours and delivery windows
Short answerWe deliver 12pm to 11pm Monday to Saturday, and 12pm to 10pm on Sunday. You pick a delivery window at checkout, today or up to 2 days ahead, and each window stops taking orders 1 hour before it starts.
You choose when your order arrives. Instead of guessing, you pick a delivery window at checkout, and your driver brings your order within it.
Our hours
We deliver 12pm to 11pm Monday to Saturday, and 12pm to 10pm on Sunday.
You can place an order online any time, day or night. If it's late, pick a window that suits you and we'll bring your order then. You can book today or up to 2 days ahead.

Your order arrives within the window you choose.
When a window closes
Each window stops taking new orders 1 hour before it starts. After that, checkout shows you the next window that's still open.
Windows can also fill up on busy evenings and weekends. If the window you wanted is full, choose the next one that works for you, or order a little earlier next time.
As soon as possible. In some towns and at some times, checkout may also offer "As soon as possible". When you choose it, we aim to deliver within about 90 minutes. It only shows when it's available, so if you don't see it, pick a window.
Holidays and busy nights
Now and then we may close early, pause new orders for a short while, or change our hours for a holiday. Checkout always shows the windows that are really available, so what you see there is what we can deliver.
Following your order
- Your order page shows each step, from received and packed to out for delivery and delivered.
- We let you know when your driver is on the way, and while they're on the way your order page can show about when they'll arrive.
Please be home for your window
Your driver needs to see you in person and check your ID, so please be at the address for your whole window and keep your phone nearby. Your driver waits at least 5 minutes when they arrive. If no one is there, a $10 missed-delivery fee is added to your next order. More in When your driver arrives.
Need a different time?
For 5 minutes after you place your order, and before we start packing it, you can change your delivery window from your order page. After that, call us at 857-242-0721 and we'll do our best to help.
