How to order
Short answerBuild your bag at cannabisdeliveryma.com, sign in with a one-time code, enter your address, pick a delivery window and upload your ID once. You pay your driver at the door; delivery is $4, or nothing when your order comes to $100 or more after discounts and points, before tax.
Ordering takes a few minutes, and you never pay anything online. Here's how it works from your first click to the moment your driver hands you your order.
1. Start at the menu
Everything we sell is at cannabisdeliveryma.com. Browse by category, search for a product or brand, and check the deals for what's on offer this week. Add what you like to your bag. Your bag keeps a running total and tells you how much more you need if you're under our $50 minimum.
2. Sign in or create your account
You need an account to check out. There's no password: we send a one-time 6-digit code by email. The first time, you'll add your name and your date of birth, because every customer must be 21 or older. Your bag stays as it is while you sign in. Sign in here.
3. Check out
Checkout walks you through a few short steps:
- Your address. Enter the address where you'll be when your order arrives. We check your ZIP code right away and tell you if we deliver there. We deliver to private residences only. See Where we deliver.
- Your delivery window. Pick a window today or up to 2 days ahead. Each window stops taking new orders 1 hour before it starts. See Delivery hours and windows.
- Your ID, the first time. Before your first delivery we ask for a clear photo of your valid, government-issued photo ID. See How ID verification works.
- Review and place your order. You'll see your items, the delivery fee, taxes and the amount to have ready at the door. You tick a box confirming that all sales are final, and you'll see our cancellation note: "Cancel free until your driver is on the way. After that, cancelling costs $4.".
4. After you order
Your order page shows each step, from received and packed to out for delivery and delivered. For the first 5 minutes after you place your order, and before we start packing it, you can change your delivery window or your items there. We'll let you know when your driver is on the way. 5. Pay at the door
When your driver arrives, show your physical ID and pay with cash or a debit card. Nothing is charged online. See Paying at the door.
